President's Day, but not this one

Monday is officially President's Day this year. It is set aside to honor all past Presidents and the incumbent too. However, President Trump is most undeserving as with former President Nixon. Trump, though not yet convicted, is alleged to have committed crimes and did commit crimes for which he settled out of court for fines to evade admitting guilt.

Trump University was a fraud, committed by Donald Trump. Sexual assault and misogyny are in process and observable bad behavior including crime.

Emolument is a violation of the US Constitution, and that filing is before the court.

Trump's flirtation with the Russians is under investigation by the FBI and National Security Agency as well as Treasury.

Trump's racist and bigoted behavior is supported by his words and actions. That context is on trial as a backdrop to his having issued illegal Executive Orders.

This is a President who is not upholding his oath office to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.

Lastly, Trump continues to attack the pillar of democracy that is the free press, including independent journalists and authors like me.

Read my book: How to Select an American President by James A. George with James A. Rodger (c) 2017, Archway Publishing.
