Trump charged with violating oath

In the court of public opinion, here and now, this independent journalist and American citizen charge President Donald Trump with assault on the US Constitution and American Political System. By attacking a US judge, he is undermining the judicial branch of the government. In the previous week, he authored and issued an executive order that is determined to be unlawful and worthy of stay for additional review.

In recent history, Trump has attacked other judges, one with a malicious and racist assault.

These actions by Trump are intolerable as they are provocative and intentionally seek to harm a branch of government.

Impeach Donald Trump as he is not worthy of the office. His actions are unAmerican in a multitude of ways.

The charge of emolument statute violation should be enjoined with other charges of malicious behavior by the sitting President.

Trump attacks 'so-called judge' over travel ban ruling
President Trump on Saturday issued a new defense of his controversial travel and refugee restrictions, defending the “ban” from the “so-called judge” who halted the order on Friday.
Federal Judge James Robart, appointed by former President George W. Bush in 2003, issued an immediate nationwide restraining order against Trump’s action, which had cut off citizens from seven Muslim-majority nations from entering the U.S. Civil liberties groups applauded the ruling, but Trump vowed it would be overturned."

On January 20th, 2017, President-elect Trump put his hand on two bibles — one a family bible, and one the same bible that President Lincoln was sworn in for his first term, and that President Obama used — and swore that he would, to the best of his ability, “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
President Trump then promptly broke his word."
