When Donald Trump is impeached for violating the emolument clause of the US Constitution and perhaps other violations of the law including sexual assault and failing to uphold his oath of office, Pence is next in line. However, by joining and supporting Trump, that makes him a collaborator and co-conspirator.
The same might be said for the Speaker of the House and any other Republicans who align with Trump's illegalities.
