It looks like obstruction of justice to this analyst.
The House Intelligence Committee Chair Devin Nunes already appeared to be conflicted by his opening remarks in the hearing two days ago. He was trying to steer the hearing as tightly as he could in an attempt to protect President Trump. That was not his job to do. Now, there is this report that he went to Trump to brief him about the possible "inadvertent listening" to Trump and members of his campaign.
Get this straight, if the FBI is listening to Russians and the Trump campaign surrogates or Trump himself showed up, that is state's evidence and should not be shared, especially by the Committee Chair.
If the Justice Department determines that it wants to share information, that is their call.
Devin Nunes should be charged with obstruction of justice and impeached.
