That is not hard to fathom. That is a fake quotation. However, therein belies the truth. The truth is that Donald Trump did not have an actionable solution to ObamaCare before he shot his mouth off to repeal it. The truth is that he lied about it and that is a federal crime.
The truth is that Conservatives in the Republican Party don't give a hoot about poor people and their needs. They don't want to invest their money in America. The truth is that the balance of Republicans who may want to address the need cannot come up with anything better than ObamaCare. In fact, so far, their legislation hurts the poor more while favoring the wealthy and greedy bastards.
