Trump Case May Be Sprung in Spring

Today, Donald Trump charged that Democrats are treasonous. Of course, that is because Trump is treasonous and his tactic is to throw back the charge. I don't need to have a Special Prosecutor make a case for me because I have seen sufficient evidence. As a citizen who must know the law of which not knowing is unacceptable, I present my case.

Much circumstantial evidence about Donald Trump's alleged obstruction of justice and possible cooperation with the Russians is in the public domain brought forth by him.

Having recruited and appointed persons to his campaign who were conflicted with US interests and who either pleaded guilty or are indicted. Those facts are indisputable and tie directly to him. That included his National Security Advisor, Michael Flynn and Campaign Chairman, Paul Manafort.

Among those is Carter Page whom the President engaged as an advisor, a person under surveillance since 2013. Now, Congressman Nunes and Republicans are concerned about his civil rights being violated while ignoring that his person was engaged in espionage.

Actions by Don Jr. and Jared Kushner involving the Russians and denying it or not being forthcoming which tie directly to Donald Trump.

Evidence of money laundering by Russian spies and officials with ties to members of the Trump campaign.

Meetings between Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Russians about which he was not forthcoming while he worked for the Trump campaign.

Then there are a host of trivial misdemeanors for which the pile is so deep that impeachment is warranted. Name calling and slandering individuals is not only unpresidential, but it is illegal.

Lying as a federal official is a felony and Trump lies incessantly.

The story by Politico is that Mueller is likely to bring charges in the Spring that is only weeks away.

The nation can barely wait as 60-70% of us cares not to be ruled by a Republican-led dictatorship.

"Russia probe lawyers think Mueller could indict Trump
Many legal scholars doubt a U.S. vs. Trump case is possible, but two attorneys who have dealt with special counsel Robert Mueller's team disagree. One expects Mueller to move as early as this spring.

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation has gathered enough steam that some lawyers representing key Donald Trump associates are considering the possibility of a historic first: an indictment against a sitting president."

  1. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Laws are made for citizens to understand. When the President breaks the law, it is for all to see.
