According to the Urban Dictionary, it means: "A true master of a verbal facade. A deceptive f--k that gets off on selling people worthless info as it were fact."
The fact is that Trump is peddling the GOP House-approved healthcare medicine like a huckster who has no idea what is in the bill nor any idea about how it works and the resulting consequences. In fact, neither do the authors because they have not had an independent evaluation.
Now, the President is praising other nation's healthcare systems as being better than America's just as he praised Vladimir Putin for being a fine national leader. Yes, he did that.
Socialized medicine works best because it is more socially responsible than capitalist solutions that are not, nor are they patriotic.
Don't be gullible, your President is a knucklehead.
