He was not excluded, nor was Hillary Clinton because neither political party have appropriate standards for evaluating candidates' credentials. That is why I wrote the book, How to Select an American President by James A. George and James A. Rodger (c) 2017 Archway Publishing.
Here, I will use the technique for evaluation that I recommend in my book to compare the resumes of four persons in the news.

At no time in Trump's history did he demonstrate allegiance to the nation by serving. His mis-allegiance to investors and wives are indicators of his character flaws.
