Justice is Completely Corrupted

If you had the opportunity to see and hear AG Bondi answering questions and providing her testimony under oath today by US Senators, you would have witnessed several things:

1.     Bondi’s loyalty to the President is above her loyalty to the Nation and the law.

2.     Republican Senators used her presence to continue to charge the Biden administration with abuses.

3.     Democratic Senators asked for answers to specific questions about direction she receives from the President and about a host of issues about the release of information to the public, the Epstein case, and others.

Bondi stonewalled most of it and was willing to go along with Republican Senators who continue to prosecute Biden, who is long gone.

Bondi supports the President’s actions to deploy the National Guard wherever he wants. She supports the declaration of drug smugglers as terrorists.

The Courts have found the President’s actions on many counts are illegal as the appeals mount toward the Supreme Court.

“Lower courts vs. Supreme Court

Lower courts: Data from organizations that track litigation against the executive branch shows that the Trump administration has historically lost a majority of challenges to its agency actions.

For example, studies by the Institute for Policy Integrity found that during his first administration, the Trump administration lost against challenges to its agency actions at a much higher rate than previous administrations.

A May 2025 analysis by Democracy Docket noted that the Trump administration lost 96% of federal district court rulings in that month alone, with losses across the political spectrum of judges.

Supreme Court: The Trump administration has historically fared better at the Supreme Court, though analyses of his success here also differ based on the cases being counted.

According to a study cited by the ABA Journal in January 2024, Trump had the worst Supreme Court record of any modern president during his first term, winning only 47% of cases compared to his predecessors' average of two-thirds.

However, other analyses have focused on specific types of cases, such as those that were fast-tracked or sent directly to the Supreme Court on an emergency basis. For example, The Christian Science Monitor reported in October 2025 that the Supreme Court had sided with the Trump administration approximately 80% of the time, in contrast to his much higher loss rate in lower federal courts.”
