Impeaching Donald Trump is imperative

There are many opportunities and avenues to pursue the impeachment of Donald Trump. They begin with his apparent noncompliance with laws and regulations that include conflicts of interest and failure to comply fully with laws and regulations necessitating full disclosure.

One might hope that there is a bank of legal scholars and prosecutors working concertedly to develop charges and cases against the president-elect, soon to be president.

More esoteric charges might involve his collusion and compromise with Russian hackers in the intervention of the American election process. Straightforward will be Trump’s dereliction in failing to uphold and enforce the laws of the land.

A president cannot arbitrarily fail to implement the laws such as managing the departments and agencies established by Congress to deliver needed services. As soon as Trump and his executives fail to conscientiously manage their departments, the case begins against them.
