The Right Branch is Wrong

Amid the calls by many Americans to chop off the Trump administration, the appeals court added another log by staying the Trump's executive order immigration ban. Trump continued to lash out against the judges who are the third branch of government in our Democratic Republic.

When Congress fails to prevent, moderate, and correct Presidential mistakes, then the people have one more avenue to pursue, and that is the Court.

"Trump rips court for ‘disgraceful decision.' 

President Trump on Friday morning ripped into an appeals court’s ruling to reject his executive order on immigration and refugees, calling it a “disgraceful decision.”
Citing a legal blog called Lawfare, Trump tweeted: “LAWFARE: ‘Remarkably, in the entire opinion, the panel did not bother even to cite this (the) statute.’ A disgraceful decision!”

Therein, the President is showing disrespect for the process that is our American Political System to which he is sworn to protect and not to demean. There are initiatives on different fronts to remove the errant President who is a threat to national security.
