What if Donald Trump is charged with an emolument Constitutional violation, and it sticks? What might be the consequences?
What if investigators at the FBI, IRS, and National Security Agency discover conflicts of interest or worse involving the President and Russians?
What if President Trump Executive Order on immigration is found to be illegal and unenforceable?
What if President Trump's public attacks on judges before and after his becoming the incumbent are considered to involve discriminatory and false remarks, as well as discrediting the third branch of government?
What if President Trump's publicity spokesperson is found to have violated statutes by promoting the sale of his daughter's retail merchandise?
What we have here is a litany of fact-based circumstances any one of which can result in a conviction.
What if, along with the course, it is determined that members of Congress knowingly went along with the President's illegal acts and covered for him?
It is not out of the realm of possibility that the Republican-led government can deteriorate under its violations. At what point will leaders in the Republican Party seek to regain the controls of this apparently errant government?
