Trump & Company is not American

True is that Trump & Company was made in the USA, by hook or crook.

Soon we will discover the facts that support the case that Trump & Company colluded with the Russians to interfere in the free election process in America. That “collusion” is tantamount to treason. Further, there is a host of charges to be levied against Trump that includes:

  • Bribery
  • Conflicts of Interest
  • Failing to uphold the Oath of Office by enforcing the law
  • Initiating illegal Executive Orders
  • Lying as a Federal Government Official
  • Misogyny
  • Misprision of a Fraud
  • Nepotism
  • Obstruction of justice
  • Slander

The circumstantial evidence is apparent in public disclosures and Congressional testimony and announcements from multiple investigations. This is not fake news because the factual information is apparent. The legal case and charges must come from the Special Prosecutor. Then, due process and trial can proceed.

If the Republican leadership in Congress obstruct justice by failing to act, they will be held complicit. The rule of law will prevail as that is what defends people from tyranny.

  1. As for the Emoluments case, here is what The New Yorker reports.

"“Is this an appropriate case to enjoin a sitting President of the United States?” Shumate said as part of his closing statement. “We would argue this should be addressed in the political arena.” That, of course, is exactly what President Trump would like—to leave matters of his business conflicts and his ability to make money while in office in the hands of the Republican-controlled Congress. To judge from Wednesday’s hearing, Trump will be allowed to continue tweeting about his Bedminster, New Jersey, golf course, and praising the chocolate cake at Mar-a-Lago, while the remittances accumulate in his bank account. Lawsuits aside, other political figures might have been seriously damaged by such a situation. (To say nothing of those who would have taken steps to avoid the conflict of interest.) But for Trump the emoluments issue, so far, remains nothing but a small nuisance."
