Get it Done

Observing the malicious act of irresponsibility by Donald Trump, and House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes and the complicit performance by Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, it is imperative that the Special Prosecutor deliver some findings.

Speculating about possible findings by this and other analysts borders on “fake” news and that is not my intention. There are good reasons to anticipate the following as plausible possibilities:

1.    Special Prosecutor Mueller has sufficient corroborating evidence that Donald Trump obstructed justice by intimidating investigators including members of Congress from his own party.

2.    He has confirmed the intention of Russians to influence the outcome of Election 2016 and to infiltrate the Trump campaign.

3.    Donald Trump, his campaign participants, and Republican Party are complicit in conspiring to leverage Russian meddling in Election 2016.

4.    The FBI, IRS, and CIA have likely discovered a money trail to Donald Trump that includes illegal laundering, bribes, and kickbacks among other possibilities.

Money laundering is the concealment of the origins of illegally obtained money, typically using transfers involving foreign banks or legitimate businesses.

“Judgment in cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office … but the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment, and Punishment, according to law.”

Can Special Prosecutor Mueller advance part of the prosecutable charges while holding back on others awaiting the completion of additional investigation?

Under the current law, the special counsel's focus is somewhat more limited, with the scope of the investigation set by the attorney general and confined to investigating criminal matters.
