Today, the "news" analysts will talk the Trump-ordered attack on Syria until they are blue in their faces. There truly is little new to address:

As the King of Jordan underscored, Middle East peace begins with Palestinians and Israel, and this should get immediate attention.

Russia is on top for all sorts of reasons.

China tops most because China can be strategically important to all of the rest as America's banker and trading partner.

Places like Syria, North Korea, and Iran will intervene by making themselves urgent subjects. Iran is sufficiently intelligent to lay low unless they get scarred in Syria.

Congress needs to get to work and to collaborate in a bipartisan manner. Instead, they will take a vacation.
