Political Liability and Accountability Law

Congress must legislate the standards for political party corporations, their members, and elected officials. The lack thereof permits candidates and incumbents to lie and perform illegally without impunity.

It begins with political parties as non-profit corporations. They must be required to publish party platforms annually from which candidates bear their brand publish manifestos demonstrating how they will align or deviate from their party's platform (annually or more frequently as needed).

Standards for organizations and their member agents or representatives are the baselines for accountability.
