Trump presidency persists on illegality

The illegitimate Presidency of Donald Trump is digging a deeper hole. How can one be deeper than Emolument and Misprision violations? There is a mountain of lying from the Executive Branch all of which is a violation of Federal Law.

As significant, President Trump seems incapable of writing legal Executive Orders even when surrounding himself with daffy counsel.

Those bad old judges are after him again.

The ruling from U.S. District Judge Derrick K. Watson in Hawaii means that U.S. officials will not be able to enforce President Trump's new executive order as planned starting Thursday. 

Opponents argued that the measure, like the executive order it replaced, violated the Constitution and imposed irreparable harm on those it affected. The Justice Department said the president acted within his power and argued that the new ban was significantly different from the old."
